Westburn Houses
As most of you would know Westburn School has 4 Houses: Sheppard, Hillary, Rutherford and Te Kanawa. At Westburn every child is given a House to be in for the rest of their time at Westburn. These four people are some of New Zealand's most famous icons. Photo number 1 is a mural on the back of Room 16, number two and three are their pictures and number four is our Westburn House Leaders who are given leadership opportunities to lead their quarter of the school.

Daniella's Learning Motto
Laura's Learning Motto
This Motto is a good one for the whole school because when you start to learn it helps your future so by the time you leave school you should be on the way to a really good future.
Emma's Learning Motto
This motto implies that if you work hard you will get more out of what you are learning and have a higher chance of success.
Ms L's Learning Motto
This, to me, means that it is important to do our best at all times and in every way. I used the play on the word "Always" to demonstrate this.
